CCS Families and Fans!

To help provide a safe, enjoyable, and smooth game-day experience for everyone, Cleveland County Schools has implemented a few important updates for all athletic events.

๐Ÿ‘œ Clear Bag Policy
Our Clear Bag Policy went into effect for all Cleveland County Schools athletic events on January 1, 2026. This policy applies to all schools and is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance safety and streamline entry at all venues. Please see the attached flyer for approved and prohibited items.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Spectator Guidelines
To ensure a positive experience for all fans:
• Spectators of eighth-grade age or younger must be accompanied by a legal guardian or responsible adult (21 years of age or older) to enter and remain inside the stadium or gymnasium. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child's supervision and actions at all times.
• Spectators of any age are not permitted to congregate outside of the stands or designated viewing areas.
• Fighting, rough play, threatening language, or creating an unsafe environment will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from current and future athletic events without ticket reimbursement.

Thank you for helping us create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all student-athletes, families, and fans. We look forward to continuing Cleveland County Schools' tradition of excellence throughout the athletic season!
